It is the easiest way to make sure your teeth are seen regularly, your appointments are always prioritised, and you are never caught out when something needs attention.
To join the Berkhamsted Smile Plan, simply speak to a member of our team at your next appointment or contact us by phone or email. We will set up your direct debit and get your plan active straight away.
Payments will be taken on the same date of the month as your initial joining date. There is a 12-month minimum commitment from your joining date.

Yes. You can join the Berkhamsted Smile Plan at any point in the year and your benefits begin as soon as your plan is active.
Each member’s Signature Smile Plan is their own and additional family members and friends will be seen as part of their own plan. Children under 18 in your household are seen under NHS arrangements as standard.
Your first contract has a minimum term of 12 months. If you need to cancel before the initial term, you may be liable to an early cancellation fee. After the initial term, you can cancel at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the calendar month in which notice is received.
Following the initial 12-month minimum period, the plan continues on a rolling monthly basis. There is no further minimum commitment and no need to actively renew.
