We’re located in the heart of Berkhamsted town centre, moments from the high street, the station, and the main bus stops.
However you choose to travel, arriving at the practice is straightforward, and our team is always happy to help if you need guidance beforehand.
Please note: the practice is situated on the first floor. There is currently no step-free access to the building.
Bus stops are located on both Lower Kings Road and the High Street, each within a two-to-three minute walk of the practice.

Berkhamsted is easily reached by car from across Hertfordshire and beyond. The practice sits on Lower Kings Road, one of the town’s main arterial routes, running directly through the centre.
Our postcode for sat-nav is HP4 2AB.
There is no on-site parking at the practice, but excellent options are available within a very short walk.
Lower Kings Road Multi-storey car park (pay & display) directly behind the practice. This is the most convenient option and the one we recommend.
The entrance is off Lower Kings Road, immediately adjacent to the practice building.
Pay & display machines are available on-site, or you can pay via app/website with PayByPhone.
Berkhamsted Station long-stay car park. This is a large pay & display car park off Brownlow Road on the far side of the station. A short, level walk brings you back to Lower Kings Road and the practice.
Blue badge parking is available at street level immediately outside the multi-storey car park on Lower Kings Road.
On-street parking is available on a number of nearby roads, including Clarence Road and sections of Kings Road, subject to time restrictions. We recommend checking signage on arrival.
Berkhamsted station is served by London Northwestern Railway and is on the West Coast Main Line.
The station entrance and ticket hall are on Lower Kings Road and are a two-minute walk from the practice.

Really good experience at this practice. Needed root canal surgery. My wife is a dentist and insisted that I saw Dr Mitchell despite living in Brighton. Well worth the journey to Berkhamsted. Absolutely painless root canal. Vastly cheaper than London or Brighton and done by a recognised expert in the field with decades of experience of this surgery. Really happy with the experience. Cannot recommend Dr Mitchell too highly.
I booked a consultation with Berkhamsted Dental Practice for my 90-year-old mother, who had broken a piece of tooth that was causing her to bite her lip every time she ate. 2 other dentists said nothing could be done! We came for a consultation with Dr Ventsi, assisted by Becky, who were both very professional and kind. Dr Ventsi repaired the tooth there, and then, so she didn’t have to come back another day, he has made a marvellous job, she is so pleased with the result. We would highly recommend this practice.

We have been with the Berkhamsted Dental Practice ever since it started, and would highly recommend it. They are friendly and helpful, and their dental work is excellent. The only snag is that the practice is on the first floor, so you need to be able to climb a short flight of stairs to reach it.
