However, treatment is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding and certain medical conditions or medications may affect your suitability. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers can be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase, which breaks down the filler quickly and safely. Anti-wrinkle treatments are not reversible, but the effects are temporary and will naturally fade over three to four months. In the 24 to 48 hours before treatment, we recommend avoiding alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E and fish oil, as these can increase the risk of bruising. Please arrive with a clean face and as little makeup as possible. Avoid scheduling treatment immediately before a significant event, in case of mild swelling or bruising.
